We want you to love your Lavines dress. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
How to Return
- Contact us at lavinesdress@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +373 78 005 625 to initiate a return
- Pack the item securely and send it back to us
- The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Please note: items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags cannot be accepted for return.
